MCS Renovations was set up to give homeowners and developers something the industry rarely offers: a fixed price, a written programme and one person who is accountable for the whole job.

The company was formed to help people make better use of the space they already have, at a time when moving house was becoming harder to justify. Demand for extensions and conversions grew sharply from 2020 and the company grew with it, adding teams and taking on larger projects across London, Surrey and Kent.

Fifteen years in the trade and more than forty completed projects later, from Reading to Sevenoaks, the principle has not changed. Price it properly, plan it properly, build it properly and be there at the end.
