Most building projects go wrong in the gaps between people. The architect blames the builder, the builder blames the engineer, and the client is left chasing everyone. We close those gaps. MCS runs the whole job under a single fixed price contract with a named project manager, a written programme and a payment schedule tied to completed stages, not dates on a calendar.

Fixed price. The figure in the contract is the figure you pay unless you change the scope.

Written programme. You know what happens each week and who is on site.

Stage payments. You pay for work that is finished and inspected, nothing else.

Guarantee. Every project comes with a written workmanship guarantee and full liability insurance.
